The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern facilities such as a flat-screen TV, desk, and a private bathroom. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even accommodating our early arrival. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant which served delicious local cuisine. Despite a slight hiccup with the chef being sent home due to bad weather, the manager handled the situation with professionalism and recommended other dining options nearby. the location of the hotel was convenient, being near a train station and cultural attractions like Kidwelly Industrial Museum and Grand Theatre. Overall, our stay at the Vista Hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay by the sea.
